Story54, Bauer Media’s commercial entertainment and storytelling division, last week celebrated two substantial industry award wins.
Story54 was awarded Content Company of the Year at the Mumbrella Entertainment Marketing Awards. As Australia’s premier awards of this type, the Mumbrella Entertainment Marketing Awards are considered the ‘must-win’ awards for creatives working on branded entertainment as a marketing strategy.
Story54 beat the likes of VICE, Junkee, 3rdspace and Sportsbet to be named Content Company of the Year; a remarkable achievement in itself, considering Story54 is less than a year old. In addition, the awards jury noted Bauer Media’s longevity within a turbulent media industry and praised Story54’s commitment to quality content and innovation.
This quality content saw Story54 collect a second award, this time at the Australian Magazine Awards. Story54’s campaign for Holden Equinox, starring Celeste Barber, took out Best Branded Content Marketing Campaign of the Year. The AMA nomination was one of many industry nods the Holden Equinox Story54 campaign received this year.
Headed by Jane Waterhouse, the Story54 expert team is comprised of experts in research, creative, production, events, editorial, digital, design and creative. Story54 offers clients fully integrated commercial solutions that capitalise on the trust and quality of Bauer Media brands.
“2018 saw Story54 navigate new and existing clients communications with effective and insight-driven creative work,” says Paul Gardiner, Bauer Media Commercial Director, “These latest awards are a huge acknowledgement of the quality work coming from Jane and the team. It’s particularly noteworthy, considering Story54 has been in market less than 12 months. We look forward to further growth and accolades for Story54 in 2019 and beyond.”
